Service Description

Building Emotional Resilience is a 6-week program where we will explore how to cultivate a stronger sense of self that can persevere, adapt and thrive in the face of life’s greatest challenges. This course is grounded in embracing who you are, building a repeatable program of well-being and applying proven tools to assist you in effectively handling life’s challenges with grace. Together, we’ll walk through the core pillars of resilience which help build the emotional muscles that allow us to rise strong when life gets tough. We will practice and apply these skills through focused mindful practices, exercises with personalized feedback, self reflection, and a whole lot of self-compassion. By the end of this course, you’ll be equipped with practical skills to navigate the challenges life presents you with confidence, purpose and poise. What to Expect Pillar 1: Self-Awareness – Understanding Your True Self. You can't change what you don't understand. This week, we’re getting curious about our patterns, behaviors, and triggers. Pillar 2: Self-Compassion – Learning to Love Yourself Fully. You cannot pour from an empty cup. In week two, we’re focusing on filling yourself up with self-compassion and grace. Pillar 3: Healthy Habits – Cultivating a Balanced Routine. Self-care is a vital part of building resilience. Week three is about getting intentional with how we take care of ourselves—mind, body, and soul. Pillar 4: Building Boundaries – Honoring Your Worth. Setting boundaries is an act of love—for yourself and for others. This week, we’re diving into the tough but necessary work of saying no when we need to and yes to what truly matters. Week 5: Self-Regulation Tools – Staying Grounded Through Life’s Storms. Life can be unpredictable, but your peace doesn't have to be. Week five focuses on practical tools for self-regulation—ways to stay calm, grounded, and centered no matter what comes your way. Week 6: Optimism and Joy – Embracing Life with Gratitude and Laughter. The final week is about choosing joy, even in the messiness of life. Optimism isn’t about ignoring the hard stuff; it’s about acknowledging it and still choosing hope. ***I strong believe that this program is valuable for all individuals which is why I hold discounted slots during each program cohort for people with extenuating financial situations.
